Barry Uicker, Sales Manager Barry has worked at Silver Sands since 1993.  Barry prides himself on honesty, customer service, and his desire not just to sell a boat, but develop a long term relationship.  His customers trust him more as a friend than a salesman.  That might be why over 70 percent of Barry's sales are repeat customer or referrals.  Barry founded and runs Isaiah's Ark.  Isaiah's Ark is a program in partnership with Children's Hospital at Dartmouth Hitchcock that provides families with a break from cancer treatment with a full day on Lake Winnipesauke.  Barry lives in Sanbornton with his wife (Chrysoula), his 2 girls (Elena Rose and Maria), his son Mark 3 horses (Goliath, Charlie and Brown Beauty).   buicker@silversands.com

Bill Uicker, Sales Bill loves his cars, motorcycles, and of course, boats.  His enthusiasm is evident upon first meeting.  His sincerity and sense of humor, are his biggest assets.  Bill has been selling boats at Silver Sands since 1984, and still loves what he does.  Bill has an extremely loyal customer base.  He is always enthusiastic to see his customers, whether to talk cars, motorcycles, boats or life.  Bill lives in Sanbornton with his wife Rosemary.   wuicker@silversands.com

Aaron Sedgely, Sales Aaron is one of the most popular people in the Marina.  The reason: he loves boats, and he loves helping people out.  Aaron worked his way up to sales this year.  He spent his last 3 years teaching people about their boats and how to drive them.   His knowledge and his popularity has made him an instant success in the sales office.  Aaron lives in Meredith with his daughter (Emma) .

Eric Hanover, Sales Assistant. Eric is one of the most knowledgeable guys in the marina business.  He has done it all, and can do it all.  He has experience in sales, service and marine transport.  Now he is here to share his know how, assisting our customers with demonstrations and deliverys.
